With over 20 years of C-Suite experience, including roles as Managing Director, COO, and CFO for both public and non-public enterprises, CPA-certified Kurtis has navigated diverse business landscapes, including international ventures and private equity engagements.
Kurtis has successfully applied the principles of impact and purpose driven economics, corporate change, personal growth, self-awareness, consciousness, quantum dynamics, and traditional modalities to form his unique business mindset. These techniques have successfully been introduced and implemented to small and large organizations including multinational corporations where he managed over 300 employees, cover 3 continents and generating annual revenues in excess of $150M.

Rebecca is an accomplished executive leader in the field of Information Technology (IT) with over 20 years of experience leading the implementation, integration, and expansion of Information Technology Management systems and solutions that supported company growth, security, business agility and initiatives.
Rebecca is a subject matter expert in cybersecurity and M&A system integrations. Rebecca is a senior executive leader demonstrating the ability to bridge technology and business goals to provide productive business solutions within a secure IT environment.
She has built her extensive career around exceptional leadership, mentoring teams in multidisciplinary settings to drive maximum levels of productivity. She provides vision and leadership in implementing information technology initiatives, to further develop IT Systems and Processes to execute business strategies.
Rebecca is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a degree in Information Systems; Business Management, is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed the Eller Foundations of Leadership from the University of Arizona. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 2018 and currently serves on the Board of Directors as chair for a not-for-profit.
